Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order by hand in the heart of America, so your order moves through two stages: production, then delivery. The production time for each piece is shown on its product page before you buy.

Production time

Deluxe: ships within 7 to 10 days of your order.
Essential: ships within 2 to 3 weeks of your order.

We will email you when your piece enters production and again when it ships, with tracking.

Shipping within the United States

Orders of $150 or more ship free. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $8. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

International shipping

We ship to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking and delivery

Every order ships with tracking. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, since we are not able to redirect packages once they ship. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
