These terms govern your use of shopwuvv.com and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Wuvv Atelier. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Made to order

Our pieces are produced by hand after purchase. By placing an order, you understand that your piece is made for you and will ship within the production time shown on its product page. Because every piece is finished by hand, small variations in placement, sparkle, and finish are part of the work and are not considered defects.

Limited editions

Deluxe editions are produced in a fixed, numbered quantity and are never re-released. Quantities are limited to stock on hand, and we may limit the number of pieces available to any one customer. Essential editions are available for a set window and may occasionally return.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is collected in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we believe to be fraudulent, placed in error, or affected by a pricing mistake.

Charitable giving

Where a product page states that a portion of each sale supports a cause, that portion is set aside from the proceeds of each sale and directed to the stated cause.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, video, writing, and branding on this site belong to Wuvv Atelier. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Free downloads offered on the site are for personal use only.

Accounts and communications

If you share your email or phone number with us, you agree to receive messages about your order and, if you opt in, about new releases. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, and opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. See our Text Message Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wuvv Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
